Junior Coaches Program

The City of Surprise Swim and Dive Teams often invite 10 to 15 former or current swim team members, 13 years or older, who would like to volunteer their time and talent to help support the teams as a Junior Coach. The primary duties would include supporting the Swim Coaches during team practices and swim meets, offering young swimmers tips to improve their skills, and allow coaches to conduct practices in a safe manner.
