The City of Surprise Arts & Culture Grant Program provides funding assistance to community-based organizations located in Surprise that are pursuing arts and cultural events or activities.
The Arts & Cultural Advisory Commission set aside up to $30,000 for FY2022-2023 for the Arts & Culture Grant Program in an effort to support qualified local programs and events and to further the Commission’s mission to spur cultural growth in Surprise.
Applications will be accepted from Monday, March 21, 2022 through Friday, April 22, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. It is preferred that completed applications be emailed to Karina Caraveo. If it is not possible you can mail the application to

A virtual pre-application meeting that will include information about the Arts & Culture Grant Program and application process will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 2:00pm via Webex.
