Our program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. Players develop skills and life lessons that will help them succeed on and off the field. In this 8-game season, our volunteer coaches will teach the basic skills of passing, receiving, catching and defending. Games involve non-contact rules that eliminate all forms of blocking. Youth flag football practices will vary depending on the volunteer coach. Practices may be once or twice a week and can range anywhere Monday-Friday at 5:20, 6:30 or 7:40 pm. Practices start first week of January.
