City Council meetings are held at the Surprise City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza unless otherwise posted.
Regular City Council Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. per City Code. Work Sessions & Special Council Meetings normally start at 4:00 p.m. but may have a different start time. Dates and times will be posted accordingly.
Council Meetings are broadcast live on the City's television station, Surprise TV. For those residents that do not have Cox (Ch. 11) or Centurylink (Ch. 8513) cable, meetings are also broadcast live over the internet on Surprise TV Online.

Individuals wishing to address the City Council on specific items, during public hearings or at the Call-to-the-Public segment of the City Council Meeting must fill out a Call to the Public form.
