City Council Meetings
Location: City Council meetings are held at the Surprise City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza unless otherwise posted.
Time: Regular City Council Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. per City Code. Work Sessions & Special Council Meetings normally start at 4:00 p.m. but may have a different start time. Watch: Council Meetings are broadcast live on the City's television station, Surprise TV. For those residents that do not have Cox (Ch. 11) or Centurylink (Ch. 8513) cable, meetings are also broadcast live over the internet on Surprise TV Online.
Participate: Individuals wishing to address the City Council on specific items, during public hearings or at the Call-to-the-Public segment of the City Council Meeting must fill out a Call to the Public form.
Please be aware that Council Members may not discuss or respond to matters raised during call to the public that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Council Members may however, in their discretion, discuss or respond to relevant matters raised during a noticed public hearing or agenda item.
