Fitness classes at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Center are taught by Fitness Trainer, Amber Souder.

Tennis Cardio, Core and Flexibility
A unique class encompassing three fundamental areas which will improve your tennis performance. Cardio-to increase your en-durance on the court. Core strength development-which is the key to your strokes. And, static stretching and yoga poses to in-crease flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat.

Fit to Hit Bootcamp
This class offers a complete body workout utilizing your own body weight. It also adds fundamental drills and elements which will improve agility and stamina in your tennis game. Tennis Bootcamp is upbeat and fun! Please bring a mat, tennis racquet (we have loaners) and be prepared to sweat!

Piloxing
The newest fitness craze is at the STRC! Piloxing is a great combination of Pilates and Kick Boxing. This cardio class will definitely help build your endurance level on and off the tennis court! Please bring a mat.
