All community members are invited to attend.
Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the department’s work in Surprise’s neighborhoods.

The Estate Planning class taught by Ted Meyer with Coventry Financial Group will cover the following topics:
• The difference between a Will and a Trust and which one might be right for you
• What is Probate and options on how to avoid it
• Why so many trusts end up in probate anyways, and how to make sure yours is not one
• What are the different types of trusts and why having the wrong one could be problematic
• Specific estate planning strategies.
There will also be time set aside for questions and answers with an estate planning attorney.

The Surprise Resource Center will host walk-in Utility Assistance Application events on March 14, 21 and 28, to assist eligible households who need support paying utility bills. The first come, first serve events will take place from 3 – 7 p.m., or until fund capacity is achieved.
The Surprise Resource Center is located at 12425 W. Bell Rd. Bldg. A Suite #124.
February 23, 2019 - March 24, 2019 @ Surprise Stadium
The 17th annual Surprise Spring Training Season will kick off on Saturday, February 23rd at Surprise Stadium – featuring Surprise’s home teams - the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. The 2019 schedule features a majority of Surprise Stadium games beginning at 1:05 p.m. The schedule also highlights five night games including Fireworks Night – presented by Jimmy John’s on March 22. The season finishes up with the last two games of the season beginning at 12:05 p.m.
