Science & technology come out to play at Surprise SciTech Festival November 6

Have fun with science and technology at the Surprise SciTech Festival on November 6, presented by the City of Surprise in partnership with Arizona SciTech, City of Surprise Arts and Cultural Advisory Commission, EPCOR, First Things First, Ottawa University-Arizona, Salvation Army, Waste Management of Arizona, and Zona Wyyerd!  

This FREE, fun-filled educational event features interactive science, technology, engineering, art and math exhibits and demonstrations. Plus, we’ll have delicious food available for purchase from a variety of food trucks, music, and a gaming trailer!

It’s all happening 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Surprise City Hall Outside Courtyard, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

Demonstrations and displays include:

  • Dysart Unified Electric Karts and Robotics Team
  • Surprise Police, Fire-Medical, Water Conservation and other City Departments
  • Business and Higher Ed Institutions
  • Plus, Dino Crew, 30-minute Mad Science Shows (10 a.m. & 12 p.m.), a Virtual Gaming Truck and more!
