City’s new volleyball class instructed by former collegiate coach

The Surprise Parks & Recreation Department is excited to offer a new volleyball skill program, designed and instructed by former collegiate coach Jasmine Dittrich!

Jasmine Dittrich is a former NCAA Division 1 collegiate player at the University of Minnesota and Pittsburgh University, who later became an assistant coach at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

The six-week volleyball skills class will incorporate all facets of the game. 

Players ages 9-12 years and will begin the program on Thursday, June 10; participants ages 13-17 years will begin on Friday, June 11. The program will be held at the Villanueva Recreation Center, 15660 N Hollyhock St.
