Registration for the Babe Ruth Baseball League and Spring Break Soccer Camp and skills classes opens on Monday, February 22.

Babe Ruth Baseball offers the following divisions for individual and team registrations; 13-15 Division (individual registration), 13U Division (team registration), 14U Division (team registration), 15U Division (team registration).

Resident and non-resident registration will be held February 22 – March 12 online at surpriseaz.gov/recreation.  

Babe Ruth League age is determined on or before May 1, 2021.  All divisions will play at 60 ft. pitching distance and 90 ft. base paths. Games will be played at the Surprise Recreation Campus on the Kansas City Royals practice fields.  

Bat Rule: All non-wood bats must have the USA Baseball marking or marked BBCOR .50.  Barrel maximum is 2 5/8.

Spring Break Soccer Camp is a three-day all-around skills camp for youth, ages 5-13, that will cover the fundamentals of the game. Instructors will incorporate ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting drills in an individual and group setting. Camp dates are March 16-18 at Marley Park Field, 15126 W. Sweetwater Rd. Soccer Skills Classes focus on breaking down fundamentals and refining player mechanics through various skill specific drills. Players, ages 7-15, will be grouped by age; classes are scheduled for evenings beginning in March. View program details.      

Space is limited in each sports program; early registration is encouraged!
