Home modifications available to improve accessibility & safety for residents

The city of Surprise Neighborhood Services Division has partnered with Ability360 to help persons with disabilities and/or seniors get modifications to their home to improve accessibility and safety.

Low-to-moderate-income residents needing accessibility and safety improvements are eligible to apply. Typical modifications can include; ramps, widened doorways, grab bars, modified sinks and toilets, relocated electrical switches, etc. 

Ability360 is a non-profit corporation promoting programs designed to empower people with disabilities so that they may achieve or continue independent lifestyles within the community.
