National Indoor RV Centers expands to Surprise, brings head-of-household jobs

Economic-Development

Texas-based National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) has selected the City of Surprise, Arizona for its new expansion location. The new Surprise business center will grow 65 full-time jobs and will be dedicated to the sales, servicing, storage and maintenance of luxury recreational motor coach vehicles.

“We expect that the Surprise location will either be a success – or a runaway success,” said NIRVC Vice President Hal Kendrick. “Surprise is an attractive, easily accessible and hospitable location to welcome our local, national and international customers.”

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome NIRVC to the City of Surprise,” said Mayor Skip Hall. “NIRVC brings quality jobs in addition to a highly select, luxury destination service and product line, which will add tremendous value to our community and to the West Valley.”

The Surprise City Council approved a five-year economic development incentive agreement with NIRVC-AZ focused on quality job creation at their Regular Meeting Tuesday night. Of the new 65 full-time jobs created by NIRVC, it is anticipated that at least 20 will have an average salary of $80,000 or more; and all NIRVC positions in Surprise will offer healthcare benefits. The company will occupy the 170,000 square foot building located at 13351 W. Rioglass Solar Road in Surprise and estimates $60 million annually in revenue generated at the new location.
