The City of Surprise is currently accepting applications for the following Commissions. All Board/Commission positions are voluntary.
- Arts & Cultural Advisory Commission
- Personnel Appeals Board
- Veterans, Disability and Human Services Commission
Applications for the above mentioned commissions are available for pick-up immediately and can be picked up from the City Clerk’s Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. The City Clerk’s Office is located at Surprise City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
Applications are also available online at www.surpriseaz.gov/boards.
