Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1, 3) Amendment Comment Period and Public Hearings


The City has initiated a substantial amendment to both the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 (NSP1) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) action plans to re-allocate NSP funds to new activities. These amendments are supplements to the existing Annual Action Plans previously submitted to, and approved by, HUD.

The public comment period is officially open from July 20, 2018 – August 20, 2018.

City Hall hours are 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday)

Hollyhock Library
15844 N Hollyhock Street, Surprise, AZ 85378
Library hours are 1:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and Thursday; 11:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Saturday

Public hearings will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission, Thursday, August 2, 6 p.m.; and before the City Council, Tuesday, September 4, 6 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
