City releases procurement schedule for Decide Surprise bond projects

Decide Surprise - 2017 General Obligation Bond

The city of Surprise has released the anticipated procurement schedule for some of the bond projects approved by voters last November. 

The advertisement for Design-Build Professional Services for the Public Works Operations Facility will open February 15, 2018. 

The advertisement for Design Professional Services for the three Traffic Congestion Mitigation projects opens February 22, 2018. This includes improvements to sections of Waddell, Greenway and Litchfield roads.  

The advertisement for Design Professional Services for Fire Station 304 and Fire Station 308 begins February 15, 2018.

In November 2017, the voters of Surprise approved General Obligation bond funding for 10 projects in the areas of Public Safety, Traffic Congestion Mitigation and Pavement Preservation.
