West Valley Babe Ruth Baseball registration is now open

The City of Surprise is now offering registration for the West Valley Babe Ruth Baseball League, which begins in late April. Both individual and team registration is available for the16-game season.

Resident and non-resident registration runs through March 24 at the Community and Recreation Services office, located at 15960 N Bullard Ave. Registration is also available online at http://bit.ly/2lGWZYQ 
 
Babe Ruth Baseball offers the following divisions for individual and team registrations:

• 13-15 year old (Individual registration)
 
• 13U (Team Registration)
 
• 14U ( Team Registration)
 
• 15U (Team Registration)
 
League age is determined on or before April 30, 2016. All divisions will play at 60 foot pitching distance and 90 foot base paths. Games will be played at the Surprise Recreation Campus on the Kansas City Royals practice fields.
 
The City of Surprise is looking for volunteer coaches. If you are interested, please fill out a volunteer application and stop by the Community and Recreation Services Office for fingerprinting.
