Surprise residents will be able to schedule appointments to have hazardous waste picked up directly from their homes beginning January 19 - January 27. Pick-up appointments will be scheduled January 31 - February 4 for residents NORTH of Bell Road and February 7 - 10 for residents SOUTH of Bell Road.
