Please be advised, Manjula Vaz on behalf of Gammage and Burnham PLC, will host a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project referenced below.
Please note, the City of Surprise is not the host of this meeting, however, the assigned City Planner will be available to offer applicant support as needed during this outreach.
This meeting will be conducted virtually and in-person. Any member of the public may participate in the conversation as it pertains to this project, via phone or computer, by utilizing the access information provided under meeting details or attending in person. Per City Code the applicant is required to host a Neighborhood Meeting, presenting their project to the public while soliciting feedback and providing answer to questions.

Major Amendment to the Surprise Farms – South Planned Area Development (PAD). The request is to rezone approximately 11 acres, located at the immediate southwest corner of Bell Road and Citrus Road, from Commercial (C-2) to High Density Residential (HDR). The end result will be to develop the proposed 11-acres with the abutting 24-acres of existing HDR to develop a 315-unit multifamily residential project at 1-2 stories in height.
