Approval of a Conditional Use Permit (case FS20-609) to allow for a new selfstorage facility in the Marley Park Planned Area Development located north of Sweetwater Avenue and west of Litchfield Road.
Due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency, the meeting will be conducted electronically. By using a computer and the access information provided, any member of the public may participate and be heard relative to this project. The City of Surprise Community Development Department may be contacted prior to the scheduled meeting for additional information.
