Approval of a Zone Change (case FS20-225) of approximately 35 acres of Planned Area Development – Low Density Residential (PAD-LDR) and approximately 152 acres of Residential Ranch (RR), to Residential Low Density (RL-5) with a Planned Unit Development Overlay to allow for the development of a new residential subdivision of approximately 700 dwelling units. The property is located generally north of Jomax Road and east of 163rd Avenue (A portion of the west half of Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona).
