Vermillion Promotions Surprise Arts Festival

The Surprise Festival of Arts returns to the City of Surprise at the height of the holiday shopping season, and will feature jury selected Fine Arts and Crafts, Gourmet Food Trucks, Wine and Beer Garden, Confectionary booths, Art Demonstrations and Live Entertainment. Located just 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the City of Surprise is surrounded by the White Tanks Mountain Park lands, a regional lake, and the open Sonoran Desert.
