Surprise, in partnership with the city of El Mirage, will host walk-in Utility Assistance Application Events in Surprise during the months of May and June, to assist eligible households that need support paying gas and electric utility bills. The first come, first serve events will take place from 3 – 7 p.m., or until fund capacity is achieved; interviews do not guarantee assistance.
