Community Development Block Grant Pre-Application Meeting

The City of Surprise, Neighborhood Services Division of the Human Service and Community Vitality Department, is soliciting applications from qualified non-profit organizations interested in providing services that address one or more of the public service needs targeted in the city’s CDBG program. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended to this pre-application meeting.
