City of Surprise seeking input at community forum
Surprise, AZ (September 4, 2019) The City of Surprise is looking for feedback in an upcoming Community Leader & Provider Forum to identify gaps, trends and new ideas as part of a Community Needs Assessment.
This forum is for social service agency representatives and organizational representatives who provide human services for Surprise residents, business members, public/elected officials, faith community members and anyone providing services for Surprise residents in need.
The goal is to create a guiding document to assist in prioritizing plans, initiatives and programs to meet growing or unmet human service needs in our city.
The areas being assessed include: veteran services, youth, seniors/aging, disability/special needs, low-to-moderate income families, poverty, homelessness, all types of violence against individuals and other areas of need.
