Police seek public assistance to identify shoplifting suspects
Surprise, AZ (December 19, 2016) On November 10, 2016, at approximately 2 pm, and November 14, 2016, at approximately 8 pm, the Surprise Police responded to calls for service at a local retail store (Winco) located in the area of 16900 West Bell Road in Surprise.
According to store representatives, two unknown suspects entered their store, selected several items of merchandise (approximately value of $126 on the first offense and $110 on the second offense), and later flee from the store without paying for their items.
The first suspect was described as a black male and was last seen wearing dark colored eye glasses, a black V-neck tee-shirt, blue denim shorts, a blue hat, and dark colored shoes. The second suspect was described as a black female and was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, a white tee-shirt, blue denim pants, and dark colored shoes. The two suspects were seen driving away from the store in an unknown make/model black SUV.
