Cotton Ln, north of Cactus Rd, closed 2/21 – 7/1 for flood mitigation work

Surprise, AZ (February 4, 2022) Cotton Lane will be closed from just north of Cactus Road to just south of the Legacy Traditional School driveway from February 21 - July 1 for flood mitigation work.

A soft closure will be in place from the school driveway north to Waddell Road, allowing for local traffic and school traffic only.
