Surprise hosting NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Tennis West Regional Tournaments

Surprise, AZ (May 4, 2021) The City of Surprise has been selected to host the 2021 NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Tennis West Regional Tournament, in addition to hosting the 2021 NCAA National Championship.

This is the first time the NCAA regional has been played at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex at 14469 W. Paradise Ln. It will take place May 7-8, with the men's tennis selection show airing May 4 at 8 p.m. ET on and the women's show immediately after at 8:30 p.m. ET. Participating teams in the South Region will be seeded into the tournament.

Friday, May 7   
9 a.m.    Women’s Semifinals
2 p.m.    Men’s Semifinals
Saturday, May 8
9 a.m.    Women’s Final
2 p.m.    Men’s Final
Dates, times are subject to change. 

The winner from each regional will advance to the NCAA Division II championships set for May 18-21, right here in Surprise, Arizona. 

Regional individual session tickets and all-event passes are available for purchase in person at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex. 

Regional Single Session: $3 per person (ages 3 and up)
Regional All-Event Pass: $5 per person (ages 3 and up)

For your safety and to support physical distancing between fans, attendance will be limited to a maximum of 50% capacity and all attendees will be required to wear face coverings, observe physical distancing and stay in designated spectator only areas during regional championship events, per NCAA rules and regulations for the 2021 Championship Season.
