The Marketing & Communications Department communicates the goals and activities of Surprise city government and assists residents and visitors in finding information about the city. We operate the city’s website and Surprise TV. The division also publishes the Surprise Progress quarterly magazine, and Telephone Directory, brochures, advertisements and more. Communications staff also send out news releases and respond to media inquires about city government.
