The City of Surprise currently has an estimated 100,000 cubic yards of excess dirt associated with a wastewater campus expansion project. The dirt is currently stockpiled at the southeast corner of Litchfield Road and Cactus Road within the City’s water campus. The City is inviting qualified parties to take a minimum of 10 cubic yards at a time. The contractor will be required to provide the equipment to excavate the stockpiled material and haul the material away. The city will provide water for dust control. If an interested party would like to sample the dirt the city will accommodate. No sale of land is involved.
