Are Filing An Unemployment Insurance Claim?
Claimants may file Unemployment Insurance Claims using any one of the following methods:

Online: To file for unemployment insurance benefits online, visit and click on the button titled “Apply for UI Benefits.”

Paper: The Initial Claim form for Unemployment Insurance is on the website and can be printed and submitted by fax or mail.
