The city is working with the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and other partners to develop a 100-unit permanent supportive rental housing community called Heritage at Surprise.
The community will be comprised of six buildings and will be an integral part of the comprehensive revitalization strategy for the city’s Original Town Site (OTS).
Resident services will include: computer center, workforce connection services, financial literacy, kids café, afterschool activities and youth programming.
