The Surprise City Court is committed to responding to the language needs of Limited English Proficiency (LEP) persons and provides interpreters in all courtroom proceedings at no cost to all LEP court customers including witnesses, victims, and parents, guardians, and family members of minors as well as any other person whose presence or participation is necessary or appropriate as determined by the judicial officer
