Lobbyist Forms

City Council values transparency and implements, from time to time, ordinances, policies, and practices to ensure greater transparency in the operation of the City of Surprise; and the implementation of lobbyist registration and reporting requirements will further the public trust and contribute to transparency in the local decision-making processes by providing the public with information about the identity of individuals and organizations that are paid to lobby public officials, expenditures made, and the recipients of same.
