Upcoming Draft Reviews

Initial draft copies of the following LDO chapters will be published to the website for review & comment

  • LDO 109-Signs will include minor revisions proposed to the existing Signs Code will be published website and distributed to stakeholders for review & comment
  • LDO Ch. 110-Development Impact Fees will be reformatted and renumbered from the existing Chapter 106 of the Surprise Municipal Code.  No substantive changes will be made at this time.  Future changes will comply with A.R.S requirements. 
  • LDO Ch. 111-Infill Incentive District will include minor revisions proposed to the existing text will be published to website and distributed to stakeholders for review & comment

After stakeholder meetings:
