Open Gym Rules & Policies:

General Rules:

• All participants must sign in and leave an ID with staff member.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a family member 16 or older that must leave a PICTURE ID with staff member.
• Inappropriate behavior such as: stealing, fighting aggressive behavior, or bad language will not be tolerated.
• Threatening behavior/bullying will not be tolerated.
• Possession or use of tobacco (e-cigs), drugs, or alcohol is prohibited in and around the center and parking areas.
• Violators will be asked to leave.
• Weapons of any kind are prohibited in and around the center and parking areas.Violators will be asked to leave. Pursuant to ARS Code 4 - 229.
• No gang signs, colors or symbols allowed.
• No gum or outside food and drinks permitted in the facility.(except water in a clear plastic container)
• Shirts and tennis shoes are required.(No flip - flops,sandals, hard sole shoes)
• No skateboards, bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, or heelies in the center, all bikes/scooters must be put in the rack.
• Dunking is not allowed. Violators will immediately be asked to leave.
• The City of Surprise is not responsible for lost or stolen items left unattended.
• Respect the facility, its visitors, staff, and equipment at all times.
• Obey staff at all times, staff decisions are final.

Failure to follow rules will result in temporary suspension from the gym and may lead to permanent dismissal.
