2017 Homeowners Association (HOA) Academy


The goal of the HOA Academy is to provide expert information for west valley HOA board members, management company staff, and homeowners.

Topics that will be covered include:
  • Role of HOAs
  • Fundamentals of governing and managing HOAs
  • Contracts and budgeting
  • CC&R enforcement, code compliance, and legal aspects of HOAs.

Because the class has limited capacity, as many communities as possible will be represented through applicant selection. If the class is full, you will be placed on the waiting list for the next session. Applications are due by October 10.
