Northwest Valley Dial-A-Ride

Dial-A-Ride is available to each and every resident of Surprise and has the capability of transporting wheelchair clients. This service is provided by Valley Metro, through a contract with Discount Cab. For more information, see the Dial-A-Ride website or call 602-266-8723

NOTE: Valley Metro is finalizing details on new service models that will provide current Dial-a-Ride passengers valley-wide with standardized regional fares and more service options. The new service models will go into effect on July 1, 2017. View the April 18 Council presentation that provides an overview of the new public transit options. Surprise Park-and-Ride

The City’s Park & Ride facility is located on Bell Road, just east of Grand Avenue at 13327 W Bell Rd. It features 230 car spaces (216 covered) and 3 bike racks. Park free and take a Valley Metro bus to your final destination!
