NOTE: Valley Metro is finalizing details on a new service model that will provide Dial-a-Ride passengers valley-wide with standardized regional fares and more service options. The new service model will go into effect on July 1, 2017. The city will share information about changes to the program as they become available.
Dial-A-Ride is available to each and every resident of Surprise and has the capability of transporting wheelchair clients. This service is provided by Valley Metro, through a contract with Discount Cab. For more information, see the Dial-A-Ride website or call 602-266-8723
The City’s Park & Ride facility is located on Bell Road, just east of Grand Avenue at 13327 W Bell Rd. It features 230 car spaces (216 covered) and 3 bike racks. Park free and take a Valley Metro bus to your final destination!
