SurprisePro is a 24/7 marketplace for doing business with the City of Surprise. “SurprisePro” is the name that has been given to our licensing of BuySpeed Online (BSO), a comprehensive, best-of breed, web-based system dedicated to public sector eProcurement. SurprisePro allows all vendors wishing to do business with the City of Surprise to automate, streamline and reduce the complexity of the procurement process.

The system enables vendors to:

• Register on-line via the Internet
• Make changes and updates to registration information
• Register demographics and commodity class/sub-class information
• Download solicitations via the Internet
• Receive solicitation addendums via email and many more features!

Only registered vendors will receive notices of bid solicitations and any associated addendums. The City of Surprise will not be accepting electronic bid quotes at this time. Vendor bid packets will still be required to be turned into the Purchasing office in person or via mail before the solicitation bid opening date and time.
