| The City of Surprise construction project specifications and associated plan drawings (as applicable) are available for viewing and downloading in PDF format through SurprisePro. Suppliers can obtain copies of the specifications and plan drawings by providing the PDF file to any repro-graphic/copy center in their area. Specifications and plan drawings will no longer be available at the Purchasing office unless specified on the city website.
