How was the General Plan 2030 Made?

To ensure that every community member had an opportunity to participate in the General Plan Update process, the city devised a number of complementary outreach strategies to reach stakeholders across the general planning area. Following is the participation schedule for the General Plan 2030 Update process:

• January 25, 2007 - City Council Work Session - Presentation Regarding the General Plan Process
• February 8, 2007 - City Council - Discussion on General Plan Process
• April 26, 2007 - City Council - Discussion regarding General Plan Update
