Youth Scholarship

Surprise is committed to making recreational programs accessible and affordable to all residents, that’s why the Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department offers the Youth Scholarship Program.

To qualify for reduced fees, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the participant must meet specific eligibility guidelines.
