The Maricopa County Library District operates the Northwest Surprise Regional Library (also referred to as Surprise Regional Library) and the Hollyhock Branch Library.
To check out a book at either library, a person must have a Maricopa County District Library Card, which can be obtained at both libraries with proof that you live within Maricopa County.
The libraries carry a wide variety of adult and children’s books, magazines, newspapers, reference materials and electronic databases including internet access.

Friends of the Surprise Libraries
