Village 9


About Village 9

Village 9 is located at the northernmost portion of the Surprise planning area. This village contains about 64 sq. miles and has no inhabitants. The topography of this village is characterized by gradually rising landscape dotted by saguaros, palo verde, mesquite and chollas. Lake Pleasant 5000, a master planned community is proposed in this village. Major landmarks include SR-74 and the Castle Hot Springs Road. There is no existing infrastructure in Village 9.
 


Village 9 Committee:

Residents from Village 4, 6, 7 and 8 have formed the Northwest Citizen’s Group. Since there are no current residents in Village 9, this group may pertain to village 9 as well. The Northwest Citizen Group meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are held at the Saguaro Janes Community Center, 21802 W Wilson.
