About Village 6

Village 6 is located in the western region of the Surprise planning area. All of Village 6 is currently located within unincorporated Maricopa County. With a population of 2,337 in an area of 43 sq. miles, this area maintains a rural lifestyle with equestrian properties. The community of Wittmann is located in Village 6 as well. Several master planned communities are in various stages of development in this area including Broadstone Ranch, Grand Oasis, Rancho Maria, Walden Ranch, Trail of Light, Peak View Estates, Asante West, and Patton Estates.

Major landmarks in this village include the Central Arizona project (CAP) Canal and major washes such as Trilby and Iona. Major streets in this village include US-60, Patton Road, Jomax Road. Very little infrastructure exists in Village 6 at this time. 
 
 


Village 6 Committee:

Residents from Village 4, 6, 7 and 8 have formed the northwest citizen’s group. The Northwest Citizen Group meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are held at the Saguaro Janes Community Center, 21802 W Wilson.
