About Village 5

Village 5, encompassing approximately 30 sq. miles, lies roughly north of the intersection of US-60 and Loop 303. Much of Village is privately developed with scattered residential homes and equestrian properties. Master planned communities such as Ranch Mercado, Asante, Asante North, Desert Oasis, Sunrise Ranch, Pinnacle peak Country Estates, Tierra Verde, Legacy Village, Marisol Ranch, Vistas Montanas, Tierra Rico and Sierra Norte are proposed in this area. Major landmarks in this village include the Beardsley canal, the McMicken Dam and major washes such as the Padelford wash.

The vast majority of the developed land in Village 5 is dedicated to residential uses with a large commercial center planned near the intersection of US-60 and Loop 303.
