About Village 4

Village 4 consisting of approximately 41.76 sq. miles lies roughly north of Sun Valley Parkway northwest of McMicken Dam and southwest of US-60. The village includes several scattered neighborhoods and proposed developments such as Austin Ranch, Fox Trails, Mesquite Mountain Ranch, Desert Moon Estates, and Buena Vista Ranch. Approximately 1,521 people reside in Village 4 currently.

A wide variety of land uses are included in Village 4 including the Luke Air Force Base, the Volvo proving grounds and the Northwest Regional Landfill. Portions of Village 4 are still located in unincorporated Maricopa County. Major landmarks in the Village 4 include the Central Arizona Project (CAP) Canal, the McMicken Dam and major washes such as Trilby and Iona. There is no existing infrastructure in Village 4 as of today. 



Village 4 Committee:
