About Village 2

Village 2 is the central residential community within Surprise planning area. Village 2 encompasses several different neighborhoods: Sun City Grand, Arizona Traditions, Bell West Ranch, Surprise Farms, Sierra Montana, Sarah Ann Ranch, Prasada, Sycamore Farms, Greer Ranch, Rancho Gabriela, Mountain Gate, Kenly Farms, Veramonte, Litchfield Manor, Roseview, Sierra Verde, Royal Ranch, Marley Park, Cotton Gin, Countryside, Tash, Legacy Parc, Mountain Vista Ranch and Northwest Ranch. Most of the neighborhoods are master planned communities that include private parks and clubs for each neighborhood in the community. Village 2 contains a population of 85,368 in an area of about 33.60 sq miles.

Development in Village 2 is a mixture of single family and multi-family residential with commercial and other non-residential development concentrated along the major arterials including Bell Road, Greenway Road and Waddell Road. There are also pockets of neighborhood commercial areas throughout the community. A portion of industrial development is located on the southeastern edge of Village 2.
 



Village 2 Committee:

The Village 2 committee will consist of members that have an interest in the growth of Village 2. An interest list is being formed to survey possible membership categories. If you are interested in being a part of the committee, please email  or sign-up online.
