About Village 3

Village 3 consists of approximately 21 square miles and is located on the southwest corner of the Surprise planning area. This village is bounded on the southwest by the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Visually dramatic, the village 3 is physically defined by its foothills, the McMicken Dam, the Beardsley Canal and the pristine desert vegetation.

Village 3 inspires us with beauty, inspiration, a sense of wonder and a sense of place. This area is also blessed with a variety of wildlife including mule deer, Javelina, kit fox, desert tortoise and some mountain lions.

This is an opportunity for village 3 to shape its niche – to create a distinct and successful community.


Village 3 Committee:

The city staff is forming a committee for the Village 3 plan by March 2009. The committee will consist of members that have an interest in the growth of Village 3. An interest list is being formed to survey possible membership categories. If you are interested in being a part of the committee, please email  or sign-up online.
