The US census figures are in and the City of Surprise is the 10th largest city in Arizona, with a population of 111,517. Wow, have we grown! The Community and Recreation Services staff wants to keep all 111,517 residents busy and so they have turned their attention to new programming. Here is a preview of what's to come...
