Utility Rates Notice
(per A.R.S. §9-499.15)

The City of Surprise City Council will consider changes and potential increases in utility rates for FY2015 through FY2019 on June 17, 2014 at 6 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Notice of Proposed New or Increased Fees or Taxes

The City of Surprise will adopt the final property and street light improvement districts property tax levy amounts for FY2015 at a hearing on June 3, 2014 at 6pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The final levy amounts may be increased over the approved levy amounts for FY2014.

The City of Surprise will adopt the final Marley Park Community Facilities District property tax levy amounts for FY2015 at a hearing on June 3, 2014 at 5:45pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The final levy amounts may be increased over the approved levy amounts for FY2014.

Development Impact Fees Notice

In accordance with state law, Surprise is updating the city's development impact fee structure for City Council adoption, with an intended effective date of August 1, 2014. The associated documents, input opportunity and timeline associated with this process are available for review here.
