Important Change in the Utility Bill Payment Options:

Beginning in December 2014, the city's utility billing contractor American Water will begin an important upgrade to its electronic payment processes as part of a conversion to a new billing system. If you have previously registered to pay your water, wastewater, and sanitation bills using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), you must reregister on the new American Water website to continue to pay with this option.
