Drop-in Doubles:
Participants must know how to play doubles. Register at the STRC Front Desk and warm up 30 minutes prior to start time.

Dominating Doubles
Work on your doubles game and your fitness. Develop sound strategies, anticipation skills, and net play. Designed for players rated 3.0 or higher. Players must register at front desk at least 24 hours prior to drill.

Tenniscize
Want to get in great shape and have a great time doing it? If you want to be pushed to the max on a tennis court then Tenniscize is for you. Not designed for the weak at heart! Designed for all abilities who are looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Tenniscize is offered twice a week on Tuesday evenings & Saturday mornings.
